Water Aerobics is a great way to increase the condition of your heart while providing a low impact workout for your body. Here at Panacea we offer water aerobics every afternoon. We love jumping in the pool in the afternoon to get some exercise after a day of relaxation and reflection. Starting the day with an hour and a half of Yoga and a delicious breakfast followed by a day of relaxation or adventure, then water aerobics before the most spectacular sunset is the Panacea way.
