Now that the holidays are over and the dust has settled (or the snow, depending on your location), Panacea wants to share with you our 2014 plans for lightening up. To calm the mind and nourish the body, fresh local fruits and juices are available before morning yoga. Take a deep breath pool side and enjoy peace. After class, either our full breakfast or your choice of a spirulina or soy protein smoothie will be ready for you.
The daily lunch can be taken to go with you on your adventures, stay and eat at your convenience at Panacea, or you may opt to enjoy some fresh fish at the beach. Letting the chef know if you do not want our prepared lunch will help us to not waste food. The less waste we create in our world, the better we learn to live in harmony with ourselves and nature.
Dining at Panacea after watching the beautiful sunset on the Pacific from your hammock is always a delight with lots of fresh made soups, salads, and many other vegetarian delights.
In 2014 all our meals will be gluten free or with a gluten free option. As many of our guests are trying to eliminate gluten from their diet we thought this would be a great way to “lighten up”. Vegan meals can also as always be accommodated.
With an open heart, healthy body, and a mindful spirit may we all enjoy every moment of 2014!
