Morning yoga prepped us for horseback riding today! A little work with our hips, back, and legs; along with a good meditation to help us keep communicating with our deeper wisdom. Another delicious breakfast, and then off to ride up into the Andes, where the mud bubbled out of the ground, Lorena’s horse got a bit frisky with Margaret, and Peter’s horse made it clear he was the leader of the pack! It was a glorious day with beautiful views of the closest and the most active volcanoes in Ecuador, Tungurahua. Another plunge into the baths, more spa treatments and a little time for shopping as well.
The afternoon session covered our upper chakras, finding our clarity, perception, and divine connections. We practiced our visual and perceptive sight and insight with each other, and we will all be waiting to hear about the ball-room dancing one of our group is predicted to need in her life! Recap time of all our balanced chakras, which this beautiful locale definitely enhanced!
Our last meal at Casa Verde, where they made us a special veggie stir fry! We felt so taken care of there. These folks are looking to go back to their home in New Zealand within the next two years, so if anyone wants to buy into a well-run eco-lodge in Ecuador, contact these folks!
