Eager to learn ancient wisdom always, we were delighted to be taught an old Costa Rican Chicha recipe on our ride to the San Jose Airport. A traditional beer made at home with corn, brown sugar, lemongrass and ginger. Another great way to use all the lemongrass that grows at Panacea!
